I take a few weeks off and all I can find is boring threads, come on peeps whats up with your bad selves.

I'm stuck in Savannah Georgia, and I can't even find some comfort here.

Guess I better write my self to sleep!

You're right. It is boring here. Don't know why. Been that way for some weeks.

I thought Savannah was supposed to be really nice. "Midnight In The Garden Of Good And Evil" and all that.

Hey Dr. M

Yes it’s very beautiful here, lots of cool architecture, tree lined streets, and very nice river walk and of course the ocean is a short drive.
Working 10 hour days cuts into my free time unfortunately.

:(

I've noticed that a lot of interesting people have given up posting here. I don't know if that's a cause or an effect of the general lack of interesting topics though.

Listen, dammit. I'm interesting, and you're interesting. How much interest is enough?

What do you people want? Candy dispensed from your monitor every time you click on a thread? Jesus.

Post something more interesting if this isn't entertaining you.

:D

Question:

Would you guys show up at a party and announce to your hosts and the other guests that they're too boring to merit your company?

You would?

Oh. Nevermind then.

;)

I think someone with Sean Bean in his av would clearly have the guts to do that. :)

That would be rude. I'd just leave.

Savannah is one of my favorite places, jmt. When you do get a little spare time:
~ take a "ghost tour." Spooky fun, and a chance to walk the streets at night, by gaslight
~ have lunch at The Lady & Sons
~ drive out to Bonaventure Cemetery. Gorgeous. Old dogwoods and azaleas, brick walkways. The statue from the cover of "Midnight in the Garden" had to be moved for safekeeping, but there are a lot of ornate monuments and there's always a wierd but touching pile of bouquets at Johnny Mercer's grave.

JMT -- what would you consider fun?? Give us a hint and then buckle you seat belt, it will be bumpy, yet enjoyable ride!;)

Precisely!

Although, I don't think I would actually leave. I'd throw myself in and start having fun anyway.

Anybody care to join me in a naked dance on the tables? No? Oh, alright, then, I'll go and get pissed instead. ;)

No such thing as a boring party when you are around I'm sure, Lou!!!

Naked table dancing is usually what goes on at my parties, so I'll be sure to invite you next time...;)

Now, taking jello-shots off someone's tummy....there's a party!!

find inner peace!

OH, it is so cliche but soooo true...it all has to do with how you feel about yourself - don't let the best of guilt get to you and don't think that the "norm" is a good thing for you. I believe we have to do what we believe is best for us...and then realize things pass and it helps us become who we are. And it is important to believe who we are is a good thing!
