So I was out working around the place. I was up on the roof and I was working around the yard. I was sweating freely but I was feeling pretty good. I was sucking down the water on a regular basis.

After a bit I started feeling a bit off. I was a bit light headed. I grab some more water then get back to work. A short while later I'm realy not feeling well. I'm light headed and I'm starting to cramp up. This isn't good. I head inside where my wife takes one look a me and tells me I don't look so good. It's time for a break.

I stumble into the bedroom and change into a bathing suit. I must be off my game as I don't even comment on how my wife looks as she gets changed. We grab some towels and stumble down the short road to the swimming pool.

When we show up at the pool we fnd several people sitting around and complaining about the temperature of the water. They are complaining it's too cold. I ignore them and drop into the deep end while holding onto the wall. Oh shit that felt good even though I cramped up.

I hung in the water for at least an hour just sucking up the coolness.

When we finally returned home I checked the thermometer. It was reading 93 degrees with a 90 percent humidity. (That was in the shade.) No wnder I got a bit over heated.

You need to watch out for sunstroke, Cat. It's sneaky stuff. I'm glad you were drinking enough water, though.
