First ..yeah

I work with vulnerable kids ...I aim for the truth but sometimes it is too impossible and inappropriate ...so yes lying / wishful thinking is sometimes the only way to get through it

Of course.

Let's say for example, you're the President of the United States and your young intern worker sucks your cock and you blow your load on her nice blue dress, and someone asks you if you had sex with that young lady. You must answer answer forcefully that you did not have sex with that woman.

Cross your fingers behind your back. And usher in a whole new attitude concerning blowjobs. Blowjobs are not sex.

So, now when Gracie or anyone else asks me if I had sex with someone after getting a blowjob, I can now honestly answer no.

In that above case, not only is it morally permissible, you're morally obligated to lie.

Voted yes. The judgement question is this:

Do I intend to tell this un-truth entirely for the sake of the other person's peace and well-being, or is there actually some element of self-protection in my plan?

If the answer is a) then what you are about to do may be morally permissable;
if the answer is b) then think again.

That's my take on this.

He: I think we should fuck

She: I don't find you the least bit attractive.

I hate to admit it. It's often a lie to preserve a sense of morality.
