I recently found Sex/BDSM club near me. I am really curious but I have no partner. I am typically a very independent person but have zero experience with this sort of club. Contact the club for more information. Each club will have their own rules and protocols. Typically they ask you to dress vanilla and change when you get there to whatever you're comfortable with based on their dress code. Be polite and don't touch what isn't yours. My second post was a bump. I wanted to hear what others had to say on the subject. maybe share their experiences. As I said I am have never been before. Calling the club and see about their rules is great but it does not tell me about what to expect.

I've never been to a bdsm club. I've been to a few bars that offer up a bdsm night. I just walked in and observed. If people wanted to participate, there was a person to talk to.

I checked out the website. They have an events calendar. I was just interested in others experiences at clubs. Things to look out for or avoid. My play has always been private. I am not an exhibitionist. I also have not really shared BDSM with anyone but lovers. So I was getting a feel for the lay of the land. I want to go and just watch but as I am newly I lack a date to the ball.

Every club is different, so we can't tell you what to expect about any one specific club unless we've been there. I am a member of a local club here, so I could tell you what to expect at this club, but I wouldn't presume to speak about what things are like somewhere else.

From my experience at my club and from what I've gathered from friends who have gone to other places, it's fairly safe to assume most places don't require participation, do require respect and consent, and want you to dress vanilla until you get in the doors. Beyond that, as MeekMe said, your best bet for specifics are to email or call the club owners. They will be used to fielding this question and will be very happy to answer your questions with lots of good information.
