Feel free if anyone who wants to write a story around something like this:

- Two female roommates. One is a lesbian and the other is straight
- They have an agreement that either can entertain their respective partners at any time.
- Straight girl lays quietly on the bottom bunk, slowly fingering her soaking wet pussy as she listens to sucking, squishing and moaning of her roommate and girlfriend 69ing on the top bunk.
- Next night the roles reverse as the straight girl is pounded by her boyfriend while the lesbian quietly masturbates above them.
- Both are secretly curious and turned on by the other.
- Tension builds as the girls discuss things...."hope i didn't bother you last night"....."no I found it exciting"......"what does HIS cum taste like?"....."what does HER pussy taste like?"...etc.
-Story peaks when the boyfriend visits the straight girl for a quickie. He has to leave for class or meeting and the straight girl is left horny and unsatisfied with a pussy full of cum.
- Straight girl whispers to her roommate to see if she is awake.....When the lesbian responds "Yes"....the straight girls asks..."Do you still want to taste his cum?"...."only if you want to taste my pussy"

A classic trope.

If/when I get the time, I'd love to extend it - pull in the lez lover for the straight roommate, then the boyfriend for the lez roommate. Maybe cross the lez lover with the boyfriend. The upstairs roommates, who listen to all this and jack off together a LOT - it's an all male floor. The people across the courtyard who start out treating it as free, live porn videos, only to meet and come to like the people involved and get dragged in that way.

etc. Ideal ending? A city-wide orgy... . but I miiiiight be overreaching a bit there...

The police who turn up in response to the fracas and join in, naked except for their caps.

I just can't see it. They'd have to be bi for that to work. Are there any straight people who really get off on people of their same sex having sex? I like seeing two guys together. But two women? That turns me off.

I have gay friends who do not want to see the opposite sex having sex.

While there are plenty of people who strongly prefer their own sexual preferences to the exclusion of others, there are a couple ways to deal with this off the top of my head.

1 - Curiousity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought her back. Turn the dorm room into a 'safe space' to experiment in ways unexpected. Starts with how the roommates interrelate, and how and who they pull in over time, but is at least potentially possible up until the balls-to-the-wall everybody orgy level

2 - Orgy rules. Make a pass, if you get interest have at it, if rejected move on to the next interesting thing you see and repeat as needed. There may end up being different rooms/sections/times for different activities like MM, FF, FM, poly, etc beyond the initial FF roommate fun. Dedicated bouncers and/or matchmakers could be helpful for this with larger numbers of participants, something that could be built into the setup to the big bang conclusion of the series.

3 - Impose standards. All the guys are straight but confident enough to enjoy DP/bukake/etc while all the girls are bi or at least bi curious. This is the mainstream porn standard answer I've come to expect, realistic or not.

There're probably other 'solutions' out there, too - but that's a couple off the top of my head.

A lot of straight guys, I would even hazard a guess and say majority of straight guys, are super excited to see two women going on each other.

It's paradoxical to a degree, yes, and a fact that escapes strict explanations. I think at least a part in that is that from a male perspective lesbian sex isn't seen as "real" sex at all, just a substitute play in waiting for his "true" masculinity to stick in, at the same time demonstrating willingness and openness to sex. Moreover, since his acceptance is implied, it signals acceptance of the alternative partner, or multiple partners in general.

For that matter, no woman is believed to be strictly straight -- what of course make homophobia that much more ridiculous. However, it may not be that off, very few people are in fact strictly straight, a lot of that some homophobia comes from denial of that.

Or as someone wise once said, a mouth is a mouth is a mouth. Crudely paraphrased moments later: a hole is a.......

Okay.

I do know guys like that. However,,, My ex was excited to go to a party with me because some of my friends who would be there were lesbians. Until he actually met them! Once he saw them, he couldn't get away from them fast enough. They did not look how he thought they would. One is butch to the point you would think she was a man.

That's the setup. How do you see it ending?

I was kinda seeing some tension/build up as each roommate struggled internally with why she was getting aroused when she thought she shouldn't be. Not sure if that leads to each of them becoming Bi or just accepting it for what it is......ending needs something

Don't really see a police raid orgy

Maybe the roommates explore other options and realize their initial preference is best for them, and they agree to disagree. Might title this, ‘to each their own’

Maybe only one experiments & ‘converts’

Maybe both swap preferences & SO’s

Maybe one or both go bi.

Maybe they find other options they prefer - exhibitionism, voyeuse seems to fit the initial conditions. It’s not the actions, it’s that the roommate hears the sexy action & that’s what gets them off.

From TvTropes Bisexuality tropes index:
* Ambiguously Bi: Someone with bi subtext.
* A Threesome Is Hot: Threesomes are hot.
* Bi the Way: Bisexual and no big deal about it.
* But Not Too Bi: Stated to be bi, but only really seen interested in one gender.
* Depraved Bisexual: A character's bisexuality underscores their villainous nature.
* Everyone Is Bi: A largely bi cast.
* Even the Girls Want Her: A girl hot enough to threaten straight girls' straightness.
* Even the Guys Want Him: A guy hot enough to threaten straight guys' straightness.
* Everybody Wants the Hermaphrodite: Hermaphrodites have something to offer to any gender preference.
* Experimented in College: Someone experimented with the same gender in their youth.
* Extra Parent Conception: A kid with more than two parents.
* Homosexual Reproduction: Exactly What It Says on the Tin.
* If It's You, It's Okay: A lover who defies usual gender preferences.
* Immortality Bisexuality: Immortal and bi.
* Kinsey Scale of Tropes: Tropes, from gay to straight.
* No Bisexuals: No one can like more than one gender.
* One True Threesome: Because it requires that people be attracted to the same gender, more than one gender, or both.
* Only Has Same-Sex Admirers: Although a series has plenty of opposite-sex characters this character only attracts same-sex characters.
* Polyamory: Relationships with more than two love partners involved.
* Stupid Sexy Flanders: Sexy enough to threaten heterosexuality.
* Teamwork Seduction: Two characters work together to get who they want.
Choose an excuse. I don't see Bi-Curious there, or Bi-Reluctant, but those can be finessed. Of course as LIT authors can can merely Make It Happen. Wave hands, say "It Is So". And thus it is. Slipping orientation? Maturation? Loosened by drink, drugs, hypnotism, alien implants? Make it so. It's our job.
