Cure my insomnia? (23, M, UK)

Can't seem to find any kind of sleep at the moment, which is becoming a reoccurring event with Uni.

So here's hoping that someone on Lit will come to the rescue... could be something sexy or just something to make me laugh.

Cure your insomnia, eh?

1. No caffeine after 4 pm.
2. Avoid screen time (e.g., TV, computer, cell phone) 2 hours before bed.
3. Try to go to bed at the same time each night.
4. Try to wake up at the same time each morning.
5. If you can't fall asleep within 20-30 minutes of going to bed, get up and do something relaxing.
6. Don't take naps during the day.
7. If all else fails, get a hold of some zopiclone from your local health care provider.

Well, I suppose it would be remiss of me to not do a thorough physical examination, just to rule out organic causes of your insomnia. You can make my job easier by disrobing and slipping into one of those lovely backless hospital gowns.
