I've been an RN for 18 years and let me assure you that while it's completely true that the mouth harbors an abundance of bacteria, the vagina is also self cleaning and it contains its own beneficial bacteria which prevents harmful bacteria from running rampant. Douching is not recommended because it disrupts the vagina's level of beneficial flora. Cunnilingus is completely safe as long as both people are healthy and disease-free.

Lord, television strikes again! I have had a few really bad experiences with someone taking a small news report about a scientific study to be the gospel. And yes, as M's girl mentioned, once it their its hard to get it out.

There's an approach. Go grab the cat or dog and tell her "Well if you won't let me lick you I guess we will just have to use someone with a cleaner mouth".

She is worried about transmission from mouth to vagina. As far as that goes brushing may help a bit. I think mouthwash would do more though.
Personally I think I would rather get an infection in my mouth than my woman in her sexy bits.

Maybe you and your lady should visit a doctor and he could reassure her that as long as you don't have any STD's like oral herpes, she won't get anything but the most sublime pleasure from you licking her.
