This has happened to me before, the obvious answer is masturbating too often, bit it can happen if you're too hydrated, and even your diet can effect the consistency

age, diet, overall health, how often you masturbate, medications (legal/illegal), smoking, overall lifestyle and lifestyle choices, etc., all have a factor in it
