It can vary. When I was 20 I could shoot cum 3 feet, now it's more like 3 inches. The amount can vary from day to day; usually around a teaspoonful, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Agreed. I am 39, and know the longer I am aroused, and don't cum the farther I shoot. Which is normally about 18 inches or more. I had the running to the drugstore at 2am to get visine incident because I got it in my girl friends eye, after attempting to pull out and shoot it on her belly.
