I would check your diet and make certain it is balanced. Heavy protein or certain herbs/spices might affect taste/odor. Also, if you drink, especially beer, that will sometimes cause a bad taste/odor. Lastly, do you smoke? That could make things a bit yucky as well.

Take into consideration any supplements, such as vitamins, you might be taking.

Let your g/f know that you are trying to work on remedying the problem by removing/changing things in your diet. Ask her to be patient and honest with you.

If you check everything you eat, drink, and/or smoke, then I would suggest a visit to your doctor.

I've also never heard of pre-cum having an odor. Ejaculate does have a slight odor, but nothing that I would call "unpleasant" at all. If anything, it smells - to me, anyway - almost like a fresh scent. (Yeah, I know, I can be very strange!)

If your g/f is saying she is smelling something before you cum, it might have to do with your body's natural secretions. Before sex, do you wash thoroughly?
