Well I can't remember if the term "Bull" was used, but the topic of cuckolding has come up in the past alongside other things, which caused me to research a bit out of curiosity. I usually end up stopping by wikipedia on my quests for knowledge. I figured that 'bull' was a reference to potency and alpha male and such. But I thought it was a Netzach-ism rather than a wide-spread term in the cuckolding culture.

Wow that sounds great. This may sound wrong to most but as I see things in my fantasy( and this has become the start of my story). I don't know if this is maybe a regional thing or not, but where I'm from a Bull usually denotes a black man in either a cuckolding relationship or a D/s where the Dom is black.
