I was just thinking about something that has me curious...

Obviously cuckolding is quite popular as a fetish here and in porn in general. The same is true for lesbian encounters between women.

Yet, cuckold stories and videos where the wife's lover is another woman are pretty rare. I'm not sure why that is. It would seem to fit the dynamic just as well if not better. The demasculating element in the humiliation accompanying much of the cuckolding would actually be enhanced if the wife turned to.another woman for satisfaction rather than her husband, wouldn't. It?

I don't think that seeing ones wife/girlfriend getting it on with another woman falls into the category of cuckolding, its just a generic male fantasy. Cuckolding, as I understand it, is getting off on playing the part of a loser that is being forced to watch the wife get fucked by "a real man".

There is the fetish of "cuckqueens" which is basically cuckolding in reverse, the woman/wife/girlfriend being forced to watch as her man fucks another woman.

By definition a cuckold is a man whose wife has had sex with another man, with or without his consent.
Modern usage has changed this to add the humiliation and loser element to the husband.
But to answer the OP's question I think it is because the key element of the cuckold fetish is watching the wife being fucked by another cock.
A lesbian encounter does not have any of that impact.
