Cuckolding Ban Story

Yeah, one of my many stories (which will be finished in time, just like everything else) involves a new military dictator banning the practice of cuckolding on grounds that it stops being consensual after a certain point. I thought it might be an interesting angle. And a good way to vent a dislike of that kind of scenario, other than reading, trolling, and commenting (which I refuse to do). It's my usual way of expressing disgust: writing a story where the cuckold gets some satisfaction and the wife gets in serious trouble. Plus, it's an excuse to write another futuristic utopia/dystopia (depending on your viewpoint).

but like prohibition and underage sex wouldn;t the ban be unenforcable, and prone to even kinkier events as people sneak around?
I'd rather see a land where sex was free and guiltless.

Interesting take. That's a valid argument. The regime's logic behind it is that cuckolding STARTS OUT as consensual, but sexual frustration is used to make it involuntary servitude after some point. The regime is otherwise very respectful of sexual freedom, which is the interesting paradox. Yeah, it seems disturbing to us civil-libertarians, but it's not only meant to be my own twisted form of lashing out, but also a semi-dystopian future. Basically, how I would handle it if I didn't assume that most cuckolds (for some odd reason) seem to really consent to it. The new leader doesn't see it as a consensual act (and in some cases, it perhaps isn't, though those cases should be handled on an individual basis, not made an excuse to attack consensual cases).

The wife in question is one of those rare cases who forced it on her husband rather than simply arranging it as a consensual relationship. I say it's semi-dystopian, because the new government is overzealous about enforcing anti-slavery laws (as in the cuckolding ban) and cracking down on militant feminism, even while respecting most civil liberties. Essentially, cuckolding is treated as chattel slavery and lumped in with it in the crack down. Basically, it's a well-meaning new regime who overreacts to some practices that it deems beyond the pale. On the other hand, it wants a new definition of involuntary servitude for reasons of convenience: it wants to bring back indentured servitude. Crackind down on cuckolding, serfdom, and chattel slavery makes it easier for the regime to assert that it's not pro-slavery, even as it encourages indentures.
