The bull starts having feeling about the wife. The cuckold he despises.
The couple breaks up. The bull marries the wife.
The wife cuckolds him with another.
Now he's the despised cuckold.

To me (and I'm not a cuckoldry-erotica person) that reads as needing more of a twist. Maybe the two cuckolds become close? Team up to either:

• Teach the betraying wife a lesson (not necessarily BTB, but some kind of moral lesson), or
• Seduce her into a poly relationship, which satisfies her need for multiple partners without her having to look for affairs outside of her family?
