I would love to read a story about a cuckold situation starts with the husband getting his rectal temp checked in front of the wife and a doctor who then gets the wife right after. It has a somewhat plausible start that can lead in a lot of directions.

The couple is doing the application for a swingers club, and one part is a full physical work-up. As part of the procedure, the doctor overhears them talking about the club, of which he is a member, so he knows what they are ther for, as well as what they are after.
The doctor has them both drop their drawers and lay across the exam table, side by side. My husband and I are only in the fantasy world of engaging with others but we have a good fantasy life together with some dominant and submissive games.
