You need both perspectives on this sort of scenario to make it real, I don't think first person POV would be sufficient, this kind of thing needs a narrator in third person... you either get his point as he sits there crying and know nothing of her real behaviour up there... or you get it from her VP and haven't got a clue how he feels... Alternatively you get to know it all as it pans out.

Both are OK, but I like the wife POV, explaining how she came to cuckold her husband, why she is doing it. All the sex can be first hand as husband is unlikely to be on hand for everyting. Works best, I think if wife is reluctant, seduced first time

Suppose it depends which way turns you on.

For myself, I wont read a 3rd person story.

Very few Wife's point of view do it for me. Though I do write some stories from Wife's point of view. And have only ever written one story in 3rd person.

Much prefer Hubbies point of view.

The best version of this is "For the Good of the Order," a two part story with first-person perspectives on both the husband's and wife's perspective's on the wife's seduction by the husband's big dicked boss. It managed to use the cliche well, something most stories don't.
