To get to a specialist, you go to a "regular" doctor (AKA-your PCP) to get a referral.
To physically get to the doctor, you get up off the computer and go. The same way you get to work. I am sure that if you have a job as you keep stating you do that you must have some coworkers. And besides, can't you just ask your mom to take you to the doctor? Doesn't she drive?
