Cruise to the last frontier

We shipped out today. A mega cruise liner set out for a trip to the milky way galaxy and back. No one knows exactly how long the cruise will take, but we just know that we have supplies to make it to Pluto and back.

I am the resident doctor on the liner, fresh out of med school. I'm about average height but toned muscles. Every day before my shift i would go to the gym and work out.

I was in my office as the ship left the orbit of Earth, now we were on our way and the thrill began.

I was walking along the corridor, gathering all the information I could about the ship. My parents had dragged me on this stupid galaxy cruise. Why they couldn't trust me at home I did not know. I was 18 for goodness sake. Trust didn't come well in our family, I was surprised they had let me out of our cabin to explore alone!

It was a bit fun though I guessed. Travelling the stars. And the luxury of the ship was immense.
Typically, as on Earth, the male attention I was getting was high. I didn't see the attraction if I was honest. My red curls shone down my back, they were pretty but a pain in the backside to tame. And my green eyes were just odd. Throw freckles into the mix and I made a striking but strange mixture.

I decided it was time to explore the ship, i set up my comm to alert me when a patient arrives.

I go through to the main deck, seeing all the people and the sights of the stars.

I keep noticing a young redhead getting a lot of attention from the males on the ship, but she is blissfully ignoring them. I wonder if i will see more of her as i continue around the ship. I make it to the cafeteria before i realize i haven't eaten so i take the opportunity to eat something before a patient arrives.

I wandered around for a while, then decided I was hungry so made my way to the cafeteria. Grabbing a small meal, I sat alone and my eyes scanned the room. People were milling, talking and there was a general air of fun and excitement.

Sitting alone in the corner, was a tall dark haired man. Wearing the ship's uniform, he was striking in blue. I felt my heart speed up a little.

I noticed the red head was watching me this time, her green eyes are striking. I still toward her when i an called to the office. I get up and make sure i walk beside her so i can get a good look at her.
