Bored

Some folk on here said that they could crochet- WTF, how do you do fair isle or inarsia patterns? I posted on craftster and I got a youtube video that taught me how to switch colors, but it's really only good for patches, and then trying to get the pattern to line up... it just doesn't work.

There's only one other person that I know of that crochets here. Maybe you should ask them, or yourself, as the case may be.

Yeah, I just posted here b/c I had posted on craftster & was bored. Damn, I'm bored today. It's Sat, so I have no hope of working. I have no one to go out with. It's pouring so I can't go hiking. I'm like a little kid with to much energy.

Anyone know any good TV shows? I've just finished all of Night Gallery.

I wanna do something productive, but I can't think of anything.

This is the time where I would have smoked a joint or drank half a bottle of rum and laughed at life. Now I don't know what to do with down time. I've always hated downtime. I've got that anxiety thing.

Ok, I will admit I crochet.
But I have never tried making a fair isle pattern.
When my thumb heals, I will be making a baby sock (like a sleeping bag with feet) for my daughter, now that I have finally accepted I am going to be a grandma.
