Criteria for 'Hall of Fame'?

Couldn't find the answer to this anywhere, does anyone know?

What criteria (other than the obvious - voter score) qualifies a story in any given category to be listed in Lit's 'Hall of Fame' when you scroll down the bottom of the list of stories in any given category?

I am (obviously) an author here, and have had a story up for approx ten months that has garnered a respectable 4.88 after ~95 votes and yet does not appear there.

We'd thought it was 50 votes, but if you have more you might PM Laurel to see if something is going wrong.

Further inspection seems to indicate nothing below 100 in the all time top lists. -MM
