The police have arrested a guy whom they THINK is the murderer of the Swedish Foreign Minister.

The guy is a 35-year-old nazi, with a HEAVY criminal record.

I say, even if he ISN'T the murderer, lock him up anyway! Atleast there would be one asshole less in the streets...

And don't forget the quiet, unassuming ones who keep themselves to themselves. They're usually the kidnappers and murderers.

Gauche

P.S and the foreigners and party opponents and anyone who's eyes look too close together and anyone the police (secret or otherwise) have a dossier on.

Dear Svenska,
Damn right! You know he's guilty of SOMETHING. Either that, or he was about to do something bad. Sort of proactive justice.

Maths and Gauche:

Svenska's thrilled about the election and traumatized by this violent murder. Let her rant, it's just the AH.

I know what she's saying, and how I'd feel if I heard a stranger spouting it, but it's Svenska forgawdssake, not AmericanDemon.

Chill, Perdita

The operative words are not "Nazi" and "Criminal Record."

The operative words are "Police THINK!"

Hmm...

I might relate a true story that occured here a few years ago. Oregon hired a new Director of Prisons to clean up the system. One of the big things he went after was the sale of drugs inside the State Pennitentury.

Well, one miserably rainy, dark night he was attacked in the parking lot down at the State Penn in Salem, bludgeoned, strangled and dragged kicking and screaming 800 feet to the adminstration building, up a flight of stairs, down a hallway and finally, stabbed to death in the corridore.

Now Director Frankie was a man of about 33, 270, ex-pro football player. The guy they arrested and convicted of the murder was a 98 pound drug dealer from Salem who actually had witnesses who testified he was in Cottage Grove at the time of the murder.

The conversations I heard during the trial followed: "It doesn't make any difference if it is like a tit-mouse overpowering KING KONG, he a DRUG DEALER"

Hopefully, I am not the only one who feels uneasy that the real murderer is still walking the streets. I'm glad the guy who was convicted is no longer on the streets, but...

Am told that they are at their best after having consumed appropriate quantities of donuts (but maybe not in Sweden?).

Hm, sounds a bit like what my dad said. Personally I'm impressed by his heavy criminal record. How the fuck did he manage to live and hang out in the upper crust circles, when he hasn't worked a day in his life??? Ok, so he lived in shitty places, but still...

There is a fine line between fucked up and fashionable. And in a city of Stockholm's lesser magnitude, they can indeed share the same arena from time to time.
