Creepy twins seek single m/f : must love dogs

In the personal ads/listings, there's a new posting. A pair of sisters in their mid to late 20s are seeking a single companion. They don't ask much: must love dogs, fresh air, and cuddling. Men or women may apply as long as they are over 18.

The attached pics are quite fetching but a couple of odd things are noticed:

1. No sign of the dogs that applicants are supposed to love.

2. The twins eyes seem to follow you wherever you go

Yet our lead proceeds to send in a response and drives out for their first date, which is at the twins' family home. As they get closer though, they notice that many of the houses nearby are abandoned and some doors are even marked with what looks like blood and some even seem to have been broken open from the inside.

Our lead rolls up to the house and steps out, to see the twins pushing something into a burning trash pile. The twins, dressed in nice sundresses, see our lead and rush over to greet them warmly...right as a scrap of denim flies off from the burning thing in the pit and flies by.

What happens next? If the lead decides to stay, why do they? Do they just like twins that much or does something more sinister happen?

Why am I picturing the two sisters from "The Shining"?

Well, preferably a bit older...and with a bit more dialogue, lol.

I was thinking two girls who would be traditionally beautiful or a bit off the main path though they have odd mannerisms and possibly outdated fashion.

I'm imagining the conjoined twins from AHS (Freak Show) except as two separate bodies, not attached.

But anyway, I suspect there may be more to the lead than meets the eye. If the twins are werewolves, maybe the lead is a hunter. Or a werewolf. Or a normal human with an abnormal mind and a taste for the unusual.

The twins are worse than werewolves. They are rapacious real-estate developers preparing to turn the historic but derelict neighborhood into a massive Outlets Mall. They need the guy to handle their patrol dogs. Of course, the patrol dogs might be werewolves. The plot thickens.
