Yes..........I remember the year that I was an assistant manager in a 216 unit apartment complex that, all of a sudden, I was informed that the Property Management Company I was working for had been pulled and a new one was going in. I had a few days to move or pay rent. I ended up having to move on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. My divorce was final a few days before that, and my ex remarried four days later. I had to move in with a friend of a friend and that was also an adjustment.
Christmas dinner that year was Chinese food because nothing else was open.

I look back and wonder how I kept sane through all that. (Not to mention everyone I knew).

I have learned to go with the flow and stay as balanced as humanly possible. That's how I stay sane...........

But to really respond to the thread, yes I do find myself there more often than I'd like. It leads me to believe that everyone does. Do you want to be more specific or are ya just asking a general question?

Oh, I was telling a new found friend about some problems i have been having at home, and the backround that lead up to all of it. And she was like amazed that i haven't lost my mind.

Seriously? A sense of humour helps me not lapse into insanity. Besides? My other thoughts are if you think you are crazy but you aren't? Does that make you crazy for thinking that you might be?

The Dr. says as long as I keep taking my meds I will be fine
