Had pain in my pelvic area, around my rectum, up my shaft. Doctor said I have Chronic Pelvic pain syndrome. Everything has been checking out fine. Put me on Tamsulosin to help spasms that I feel. From what I read ,comes with Stress , sexual tension with no release is a few things I've read. Anyone ever dealt with this?
CPPS anyone dealt with this ?
