Deplorables screaming "free speech!" now officially stand behind a man spanked by the court for not allowing it. :)

That means most politicians including democrats have as well.

No more blocking deplorables on social media for AOC and friends.

The Presidential Records Act only applies to the president and VP. The clue is in the name.

Not the argument made nor relevant to the courts ruling.

Here catch up on the topic, you're welcome.

And in these United States of America, if it's violating peoples 1A rights when one public official does it? That means all public officials and the (D)'s are going to have to unblock everyone on their social media outlets too. :D

I actually read the court ruling, something you obviously didn't do. There's a reason you're on ignore, dimbulb.

You need to obtain better reading skills then.

He can't block the archivist because PRA, noted.....still isn't relevant to the 1A ruling itself.

Accordingly, we hold that the President violated the First Amendment when he
2 used the blocking function to exclude the Individual Plaintiffs because of their
3 disfavored speech.

That means if one public official is violating 1A rights when they block individuals for disfavored speech on social media that means all public officials are violating 1A rights when they block individuals because of their disfavored speech on social media.

That's BAD news for the progressive left. :D

Better luck next time Sean....this is why you cower behind iggy ;)

LOL Rory backs the Sean crash and burn.

You're not usually one to back up such a blatant fuck up.

Why now??

He needs it.

Otherwise the dystopia in his head dies in a screaming whimper.

I gather from your threads you are a spokesman for the deplorables.
Congratulations.

I figured it more of a lemming thing....being collectivists and all.

It's actually not.

rorbags is like all progressives, he's created an entire fictional universe he carries around inside his head. He uses it to avoid having to face the reality that the world isn't what he thinks it is. Whenever he's face to face with that fact, he ALWAYS retreats to the fantasy, denies reality, and then asserts the dystopian illusion as truth.

He has to do this or admit that everything he's believed in and promoted for the past 3 years is a flat out bald faced lie. Which his false dystopian universe cannot allow, so he retreats there once again to avoid having to face that additional conundrum.

Thus he cannot admit that the decision applies to EVERY federal employee, including Congress OR that he's been wrong all along AND that he's wrong this time. Instead, he merely repeats the fake news in his original OP because that's the only thing the fantasy will let him do.

It's really quite obvious and pathetic not to mention shallow and insecure.

^^^
Gonna repeat this a few more times.

You've said it and the TDS sufferers are having a meltdown about it. Trump literally gets caught violating American's rights and the response is "that's bad news for Democrats". You would think the they would be happy that we have free speech, but nope, TDS.

Meltdown? "literally gets caught"??? Considering he was 'literally caught' along with damn near if not every other public official in the country, that sounds like TDS induced hyperbole.

I am happy we have free speech, I'm even more happy that the left will suffer for this the most. ;)

You're in the legal field, did Trump violate American's rights?

The Court said he did when he blocked other twitter users from commenting on his tweets.

What you don't get is that this applies to LITERALLY EVERY OTHER FEDERAL EMPLOYEE OR ELECTED OFFICIAL.

AOC, Paleosi, Schummer, Schiff, and that cowboy hat wearing Congresswoman who wants to put people in jail for saying nasty things about members of Congress.

Guess what ladies, you're ALL in violation of the court's decision.

Ain't Karma a bitch?

So even though Trump was named in the suit & fought against it, your personal opinion based on no facts at all is that the left will suffer. That's some restaurant quality TDS.

Once again, Sgt Mushroom strikes while the frying pan is still sudsy and waiting for a rinse.
