Couple opens a legal masturbation shop

Hello all! I remember reading a story a few times about a couple who open up a shop where you can use different toys, have people watch you masturbate and vice versa, and I think the idea of it is is that it's all legal since no one's actually having sex? One of the customers is a guy who makes a deal that he'll pay for the other customers so long as they let him watch, a girl comes in and then later comes back with her friend, and I believe the couple discuss hiring another employee. I believe one of the things they have in the shop is something that sprays jets of water as well?
