1st: It is a lesbian story. It's about a girl that's having issues with her than girlfriend, she goes to a therapist for it. After some time, she gets a roommate, that isn't immediately lesbian, but things grow. Her ex girlfriend gets jealous, and I remember a section of the main character walking into the pouring rain, crying, for some reason. The main character and the new roommate grow into loving each other after repeatedly sleeping together (actual sleeping). The roommate also has over a random guy to have sex with somewhere near the start of the story.
That's all I can really remember from it. I haven't found it for over a year or 2 haha.
2nd: A young guy I think works at a grocery store, and the grocery boss tells him go deliver groceries to this older woman (not old, just older than him). I remember him peeping on her, they sort of joke about it. Her ankle is bruised of at least she has issues with her leg. She also drives a Jeep that he picks up, and I remember she 'teaches' him about sexual stuff. Later on its revealed she loves him, but eventually leaves him a note saying they can't be together.
I believe in part 2 he becomes a plumber or something and he goes to her and finds out she has a daughter etc. It's a pretty sweet story, not sure why I can't find it.
The 1st story is definitely more difficult to find, the 2nd one I read not that long ago, but before I found out how to save stories.
