Could it be the salmon?

Some of you may remember my heartfelt plea from the start of the year - How can I get my stamina back? - in which I asked for help in regaining lost sexual stamina. In the months immediately following that plea, through exercise, diet, and carefully devised exercises I was able to regain most of my stamina. By early March I was back to -sexual sessions that were an acceptable three and four-hours in length.

Now, however, I am once again faced with stunningly sagging stamina. I have reviewed all that has happened since March in excruciating detail to find out if I might have done something to bring on this influx of frequent flaccidity. The only thing I can think of is that I've travelled quite a bit over the last two months and while on the road, I ate salmon two and three times per week. Ordinarily I don't eat salmon any more frequently than once or twice per month.

Could it be the salmon? Could I have overdosed on naturally-produced omega-3 oil? Can anyone help me out here? I'm down to a paltry 45 minutes max and it feels like I may be just one savory salmon filet away from premature ejaculation.

i'm not familiar with any effects of fish oil on blood flow or stamina... but that's nowhere near saying it's not possible. my initial thought is that, if anything, it would improve blood flow unless the "overdose" was incredibly excessive and over a protracted period of time (months, not weeks).

the easy check here is to minimize your omega3 intake for a week or two and see what happens.

I was tempted to post "go fuck a salmon" when I saw you sigline :). Ever thought about whether it's the travelling/stress and not the salmon?
 
I agree with ggoof's suggestion. Maybe its all the traveling. Not sleeping in your own bed and seeing your family regularly could have an impact.

I wouldn't worry too much. Being that you're a man with an exceptionally large hard drive, I'm sure your frequent flaccidity is fortunately fleeting, and soon you'll be fit as a fiddle and ready for love.

In the meantime, eat more fiber. And I've heard tofu is good for restoring virility.;)

Just a thought... Could it be that your expectations are the teensiest bit too high? None of us is getting any younger, y'know.

Speak for yourself sweetie :D Some of us are making up for not having a very misspent youth and stamina is much better than way back when. ;)


As for your problem yank.....hmmm....all I can think of is '3-4 hours ....ooo you wicked man' Imagining all the possibilities :devil:

You're absolutely right, bg. However, since my expectations are based on very recent experience I think that they are entirely realistic.

There is lots of fiber and tofu in my diet already, bg, so I have to deduce that the source of the problem is elsewhere. I wonder if I ate lots of red meat over the next few weeks if that would remedy the situation.

So I hereby prescribe that you play a minimum of one round of golf per week, but preferably two rounds if possible. The theory behind this is that I suspect that the frequency of use of your putter is affecting your stamina. If you can get out on the links on a regular basis, build up to a round of 36 holes, then you'll have no problem using that putter for hours on end.

Maybe if he can get a sweet young female golf pro to kiss his golf balls, his problem will be cleared up. ;)

But I could be wrong.
