I think that rather than look for a bunch of things that might happen up front, you should take a couple of your current ideas and ask yourself some questions around them. I'd focus on the female character and ask:

Why her? How does she come to the professor's attention? What makes her vulnerable to this? What is she like in general? What was her life like before this thing with the professor started? Where would she draw the line with him, no matter what? How does the professor draw her in, and why does it work? How did she come to be under the desk? How does the professor keep this from his peers and supervisors? What would be her natural response to.....?

Once you've answered your questions, concentrate on writing good scenes, and ideas will likely pop out. You'll also find that some ideas you thought were good no longer make any sense; that's just the way it goes.

Often times a professor giving a lecture walks around the class so the girl under the desk might not be practical.
