Oh yeah, Robert Tilton. My co-worker sent him a response to his "prayer card" program. He asked Tilton to get God to deliver us a speed boat.

We tracked most of those moralizing money grubbers back then, asking for riches before we would provide a donation. The riches never arrived, and Tilton's people wrote back and told us we needed to make a faith offering before we could get our speed boat.

Despite strong sales into the 90s, Pudding Pops were eventually discontinued due to not being profitable.

After being absent for a time, they were reintroduced to grocery stores[citation needed] under the Popsicle brand name. However, due to differences in texture to the original and different shape, popularity never reached its predecessors which resulted in them beginning to be pulled from stores around 2011.
