Evidently the US government and media are 100% controlled by private industry and corporate special interest.

The government does not have your interests in mind, but rather that of giant businesses who want to screw over all humanity for maximum profit!

I believe this system of government is known in political science as a "corporatocracy". It can also be called an "oligarchy".
