Cookies expiring after a few minutes.

I've had problems for months with the login in the forum. I have to log in every time I come, including following email links to conversation updates on threads.

Tonight I tried an experiment. @ 7:12 I logged in and let the webpage sit. By 7:53 I was logged out again.

Same with the Chrome browser in Windows.
This was fixed several months ago, but the bug has returned.
