Control Panel Won't Load

My control panel has not been loading for over an hour. Is something going on to prevent that?

It affecting me too, but with me it seems to be everything past the main page. If I try to go anywhere else all I'm getting is this page:

I haven't been able to get onto the chat rooms either. I keep getting a 502 error.

Have faced similar issues in past. My idea is to delete browser cache and cookies and try again.
