Contemporary Phone Sex Lines?

Hello all,

As an avid phone sexer, I never was on or have called a phone sex line. Have they died out? Are there any still out and about? If so, does anyone know how they've survived? I've been thinking about collaborating with some people to create an app for phone sex calls thats anonymous, wifi based to avoid pesky rate surges, and digitizes this well known and sexy space. I'm not tech savvy at all but I wanted to to see if there is a possibility of taking it into the digital age. Thanks in advance for your takes, suggestions, and overall responses.

They still exist but I mean they sound lame. There are reddit groups full of ads for them. I don't think I'm supposed to link here, but you can find them. I think it might be difficult in China since the government there cracks down on private communications of any sort.
