Contacting Literotica

What is the best way to get an answer off of Literotica??.
I have contacted Laurel, sent feedback, and contacted the Webmaster all to no avail.
My story which is pending was posted on someone else's story by mistake by the system, he complained and within 24 hrs it was changed and they contacted him.
Meanwhile no contact for me and my story is still pending after well over a week.
has it been deleted,? sent to the back of the queue,? I have no idea.

It would be nice if we had a direct link posted in the help page , or our authors page so we know it will be delt with.
Does any-one else have this problem?
