"Contacting editor" does not send email

I've been contacting editors through the portal (for example, https://www.literotica.com/my/#/editors/contact-editor/?userid=<some user ID>) and I tick the "Send a copy to my email" tickbox, but I do not receive a copy.

The last time I used the feature (in 2019), I received a copy immediately. After four messages 'sent' yesterday, I haven't received any of the copies.

I'm naturally concerned that the editors I contacted didn't receive an email.

I checked Spam etc.

I received a response from an editor, so the email-to-editor feature does work.

It's only the "send copy to my email" function that fails.

I'm having the same problem and it is a little frustrating since I have no idea now if the editors have even gotten my emails.

Issues with eMails

Same here. Can’t change my eMail. No contact, no communication. Not so satisfying. No answer to service mail. Seems like we are in a desert, kind of...

I seem to be having this problem, but I haven't seen responses from editors. I've sent out at least three messages to three separate editors. Maybe just no one wants to edit my stuff?
