Constitutional Crisis?

I see Politruk isn’t the only one unable to find noncompliance with court orders. Keep digging guys.

Despite court orders, Trump administration freezes numerous funds

Despite recent court rulings calling for an end to the Trump administration’s sweeping pause on federal grants, numerous recipients are not getting their promised cash from the government.

The administration is still not forking over money for congressionally funded programs ranging from electric vehicle charging to abandoned mine cleanup to wildfire mitigation.

I politely disagree. I believe there is a very valid case to be made. If SCOTUS reviews the intent, actions and legal briefs prior to the Civil Rights Act of 1866 the thrust of the civil rights act was to establish equal protection under the law and to extend those protections to black slaves in country and those of whom were born of black slaves. Those protections were not intended to extend to e.g. illegal Chinese in modern day 2025. imho
All the case law goes against your interpretation.

That is impeachable.

You haven't found any either. You're a sixer deep right now so it's understandable.
The reason you can’t find any instances of noncompliance with court orders is because I’m right. But keep searching for that elusive constitutional crisis. 😂

Keep digging guys.

I did, and I found this:

BabyBoomer50s being racist
:

[Elizabeth Holms riots] Geez, the case hasn’t even gone to the jury and the rioters in CA are already looting the high end fashion stores. If the verdict goes the wrong way the streets of Walnut Creek, San Francisco, and LA could be filled with blondes in black turtlenecks. Not even going to guess how this would all go down if she were black.

I never said anything about a constitutional crisis. You're seeing pink elephants now.

Sorry you’re having trouble following along. Try reading the subject line of the thread and the dialogue you jumped into. And please don’t drive that deluxe auto of yours.

I never said we're in a constitutional crisis. It's really that simple, drunkard.

That's the crisis. In our constitutional system, the courts should always have the final word and it should always be binding on the other two branches. Otherwise, we don't have a rule-of-law system.
Come on, there are 3 distinct EQUAL branches of our government. Final word, ask Boma Boma and Biden and his skank wife if they respected judicial ruling, ask Schumer he threatens two Associate Justices. Your intellectually bankrupt.

No. They are distinct but in no sense equal. Because they have different functions. The executive branch has the most power since it alone handles the day to day governing -- but the judicial branch does get to tell it what to do and not to do, under certain circumstances.
Boma Boma
You are an idiot.
his skank wife
Doubly.
if they respected judicial ruling
Always did.
ask Schumer he threatens two Associate Justices.
You are again an idiot. He has done nothing of the kind.

Congress makes the laws. The Executive branch carries out the laws. The Judicial branch oversees what Congress and the Executive do to make sure it's Constitutional.

The Executive branch ignoring the wishes of Congress is unConstitutional.

If Donald Trump wants to make major changes to U.S. policy, he needs to do what all previous U.S. Presidents have done: use his bully pulpit to convince Congress to pass new laws.

The MAGATs own all three branches and have appointed judges who have lied under oath and now an unelected immigrant billionaire nepo baby is gutting agencies that the taxpayers pay for to keep us safe but there's no constitutional crisis.

🤡S. All y'all.

Here's the pathetic part of all of this "constitutional crisis" bullshit. The people in here pushing that narrative are doing nothing more than parroting the same people that spent the last 8 years lying to them about damn near everything. And now those same clowns are supposed to have credibility?????

"Ole Joe's sharp as a tack."

He is still sharper than Trump, which you know if you have heard Trump speak any time in the past year.

Agree. They are having a difficult time accepting the change that Americans voted for. I suppose an imaginary “constitutional crisis” might bring them some level of comfort.

Americans didn't vote for this! They voted for lower grocery prices!
