I came up with this idea a while back but am not sure if I ever posted it. Anyhow, I had an idea for a large group of women forming a conspiracy to get raped. Basically, these women enjoy being raped so they track rapists and position themselves to be raped by likely rapists. They basically stalk known rapists and ensure that conspiracy members are always positioned to be victims.

The result of this is that rapists they are tracking don't actually end up with legitimate victims any more.

I can envision the group mostly going after people who have gotten caught raping in the past. This removes the ethical issue of allowing someone to get away with raping someone not in the conspiracy.

Possible storyline:

A cop stumbles onto the conspiracy when he finds evidence that a rapist raped again but the victim initially refuses to talk and then finally admits to play-acting a rape (the fact that the guy was not play-acting is, of course, not told to the cop), claiming to have no knowledge of the man's history.

A member gets lucky and someone rapes them without them planning it. The perpetrator is soon added to the group's list of rapists.

If they allow themselves to be 'raped', then is it really rape?

I can see a couple of problems with this idea. First there is the question: If these men are known rapists, why are they walking the streets? That's not insurmountable. The group could be doing the investigation on their own ahead of the police or something like that.

The other problem is one of danger. In order for a rape to work there has to be a sense of terror, even possible death. Maybe this stretches the rule of believabilty a little too far.

Still makes me wet thinking about it though :p

No, but the perpetrators don't realize that it is consensual. Play-acting a rape is very different when the rapist isn't in on it.

To your first point, I point to my original post. In particular, to my remark that the group mostly targets people who were caught by the police but are out of jail now. The police know they are rapists but the rapists were already tried. It is in the group's best interest to make sure the rapists are not caught again so the group stalks the rapists and ensures that opportune times for rapes occur only when the victim will be a member of the group. Such rapes don't get reported by their "victims." Also, such victims don't generally cooperate much with the police.

To your second point, I remark that the group will generally try to avoid risk (victims have a fellow conspirator looking out for them, violent rapists are avoided, etc.). However, such risk is indeed inevitable. But the victims get off on that sort of thing. That's why they're in the conspiracy in the first place.

To your third point, I respond that this suggests that this might be a good story idea. Someone write it, please.

More story ideas:

Man discovers the existence of the group, starts raping its members. Perhaps even starts a romantic relationship with one of them. Member is initially skeptical of such a relationship until she realizes the man was aware of the group the whole time (and thus isn't really a rapist).

Conspiracy of rapists discovers the existence of group, doesn't realize the members are consensual but does take note that they tend to avoid reporting it to the police.

A parody of the woman feeling guilty for inviting the rape. Woman explains to third party that the rape is her fault because she invited it. Is told it is never the victims fault, but this point gets stretched when she starts explaining the lengths she went to invite the rape. This idea works even without having a conspiracy.

A "victim" struggles to contain her laughter at the accuracy of the rapist in telling when the rapist starts explaining that she was inviting his rape by being a tease etc.

The group manages to set in motion the gang bang of a pair of members.
