I've been inundated with e-mails about "Congress Shall Make No Law...", some quite lengthy. I promise to get back with each person that left a name and/or e-mail address. To the two anonymous people that called me names-back at you I guess. If you want to continue a discourse, leave an address, It got put on the site so fast I couldn't edit it(add to it) but did submit a postscript, which may or not be accepted. Thanks for the input I've received thus far and I will get back.
