based on an idea I posted a year ago , but no one ran with:
Chris is a guy, but part of the cheer team ( he's the one who does the lifts).
The team goes to the state championships. The host team thinks " Chris" is Christine, so billets him with a gal from their team.
Alt version: they are put up in a hotel, 4 to a room. Same mistake made. No spare rooms. Maybe one of the other 3 is his gf, but another is his secret fantasy crush gal.
