I know how you feel. I just signed up as well. This format is a bit outdated, but it doesn't take long to learn how to use it. I wanted to fill out a profile and can't find how to do that. what are you looking or? where are you located? feel free to send me a note directly to me, it may be easier for me to find it that way. Best you can do is just look through the different posts. Some of the best way of figuring it out is just thumb around through the site...

I figured it out.

If you're a female (or perhaps a pretend female) and you post here you will get hundreds of answers from hopelessly optimistic and desperate males. (And you will reply to maybe .01% of the creeps)

If you're a male and post on here you may get a reply from a desperate male pretending to be a female or if your stars align and you hold your left foot off the floor and twitch your right ear, you'll get lucky and get a reply from a genetic female who may or may not be answering the question you asked.

This basically approximates to the number of males vs females who visit the site.

Whatever you do, if you're a male and are are tempted to answer a post, apparently from a female, it is suggested you use more than two words in your reply AND DO NOT SEND A PICTURE OF YOUR PENIS!

I agree with the Gladiator. There is so much to do on this site that specific questions of what you want to know and learn about would be extremely helpful. I too would be willing to answer any questions that anyone might have.

It doesn't seem confusing to me but I've been here 11 years, so have had time to learn more about it here. But what is confusing? The set up, the people,the community culture?
