I'm not a doctor...but I do know that you can get some diseases from oral sex...not sure which ones or if it is from swallowing. but some of them can come from skin to skin contact...like if you have herpes...she can get it on her lips and in her mouth from coming in contact with you. some people suggest using a condom/dental dam when you are giving oral sex.

Ok, I have the answer you're looking for. I recently brought my (now ex)boyfriend to a clinic so we could both be testing for everything. Although I knew that I was clean, he had a risky past, so I was nervous.

The 2 most risky sexual acts are actually anal and oral. Which surprised me very much. This is because you are dealing with not only semen, but also blood, saliva, and feces. The question isn't swallowing. You can't let that cock anywhere near you without there being some risk of disease. Even precum has some sperm in it, which a lot of women don't realize until they get pregnant, and from an infection standpoint is the same as the cum itself.

If you want any exchange of bodily fluids at all, and don't want risk of swapping diseases with your partner and every person either of you has ever been intimate with, you have to get tested.

The swallowing part is probably not as bad as the having it pass through your mouth first part as far as danger goes. Stomachs are pretty inhospitable places for the most part, aren't they. I would think that brushing your teeth and flossing are probably high risk activities bbj (before blowjob).
