Condoms with thinner rings?

Does anyone know of a brand/line of condoms that has a thinner than usual ring at its base? My wife and I have gone back to using condoms for awhile (due to some issues with her birth control medications), and she says that the ring at the base of the condom hurts her when it pushes against her.

We've been using Trojan Ultra Thin condoms, which are the only type I've ever used with her or with anyone else. Apart from the ring, the size and thickness seem to be fine with these (though I wouldn't mind something a little thinner). Based on some testing, it seems like most of the Trojan and Durex lines have about the same thickness in these rings. I've never had anyone complain about this issue before (and my wife didn't complain about it when we first started dating), but I understand what she's getting at. Obviously part of the solution is for me to be more careful (and I'm trying! :), but I think it would help to switch condom brands as well.

If you can think of/recommend a condom either with an extremely thin ring or with no ring at all, please point me in the right direction. Thanks!!!

Can she pinpoint what part of her is being hurt?

Does it always hurt, or are there certain times, positions, etc., when it doesn't hurt?

Might some extra lube on her labia (or wherever she feels the discomfort) help?

Have you asked her if it hurt when you used condoms when you were dating?

Has she asked her doctor about this, to make sure nothing's amiss physically?

Finally, is this "ring" you're talking about the unrolled remainder of the condom, or does your anatomy match up to the size of the condom enough that there's very little extra material left unrolled at the base?

If it's the former, have you considered checking the sizes of different condoms to see what might best match the size of your cock? Sites like this and this give the dimensions of different brands & styles (look for "Condoms by Size" on both sites) that might give you an idea of how your current brand fits you and stacks up to other brands/styles; Condomania even has "custom-fit" condoms that are available in 70 different sizes.

New Condom

I believe Trojan is coming out with a new condom that they say is thiner and will fit the average size man better. Don't know if they will help but it might be worth checking out

I have a monster size cock of my own so It is very difficult for to use a condom with thin rings. So i don't like it at all.
