Completed stories

I'm hoping this is the correct place to ask this, but does someone have a collection or list of good science fiction / fantasy stories that are actually completed? Nothing's more annoying than getting invested in a story, then reading the last submission only to find out it's not finished and the author stopped updating it years ago. If there's a feature to search for only completed stories, that'd be good, too.

I should probably run and hide, considering how long it's been since I posted a chapter of SOTM...

But, it depends upon what you're looking for. Unfortunately, there's no list of completed stories or any reliable way to know. ( unless the title or tagline identify it as a final chapter )

Off the top of my head, a few authors I can't recall having unfinished stories.

PacoFear and Hammingbird are easy enough to find on page 1 of the toplist with their epics that have stood the test of time.

Macktheknife is one I remember, but I don't have a link handy at the moment.

I've read EvilAlpaca's work, finished a few stories. He/she is good, but most of the stories seem focused around lesbian relations, which while fine, isn't what I'm looking for.

One type of story I really like is the adventure/action stories which are light on the erotic scenes. One I found that I really like, but is in progress, is Bound In Spirals by DistortedSense.

As far as sex-lite goes with mine, that's To Catch a Merchant Princess. There's a long stretch with nothing more than sexual tension through the middle of that one. It's a mixture of romance and action.
