Jacob looked at the mass of students that poured out of two buses and on to the carpark of Mt Summerton Summer Camp some 100 miles north of the Thomas Evans High School.

The camp was not in use being early Spring the owners had been happy to such an early booking with the promise of this being an annual event.

That promise turning to reality was the task given to himself and the other teachers who for a variety of reasons were part of this radical sex education camp.

Karen got of the bus carring her dufflebag. She walked to were the teacher was standing. Mr. Masterson was in charge of her group so she walked over to were he was standing. She waited there until the rest of the group arrived.

Mr Hurst sudden attack of nerves had presented a problem as well as an interesting opportunity, in truth he wasn't surprised by the man's departure after all he was closing in on 60 and had a heart condition, maybe the reality of what he was expected to do had suddenly caught up with his desire to see his next birthday.

A few minutes later Emily walked in , she was a head turner and not just amongst the male students most of the male teachers seemed quite taken with her, Jacob included.


"With Mr Hurst sudden withdrawal we have inherited most of his group so for now we'll manage the first module together and then figure out how we're going to work the rest of the course in the free time after " he whispered back his eyes flicked over her as they always did when she was around.

Jacobs eyes moved back to the group some were standing by ready to get started others still in the process of getting settled, he was sure they all knew what was coming and Jacob tried not to mirror the look of excitment and in one or two cases fear that he saw amongst the group of kids.
