Comparable worth regurgitated, "gender pay equity"

The discredited laughing stock idea of comparable worth from the 1980s is now being trotted out again, in a slightly different guise and with a different name. Evil politicians, lying media, and angry feminazi's have simply repackaged and renamed more or less the same thing.

They are now calling it "gender pay equity" which they claim will end what they call the "gender gap" in average salary between men and women workers. Considering the fact that there have been laws up the wazoo for the past 50 years requiring both sexes to be paid the same for the same work (and longer than that in many states) and government agencies at all levels plus countless private lawyers ready to sue at the drop of a hat at any hint of sex discrimination in employment or wages, they only thing they CAN be talking about is a form of comparable worth, set by the government.

Its time this be confronted head on, and we start calling this what it is. Its not "fairness" at all, its comparable worth regurgitated and tastes even worse this time than it did in the 80s.

So, so, so, you say, why is there "still a sex gap" in average salary. Ok, I suppose this is the forbidden response, but its the truth. ITS CALLED BIOLOGY. Yes, that's right kids, basic science-based fact.

Men have a strong motivation to earn more money than women because in the majority of cases heterosexual women want their husband or boyfriend to make more than they do. That's simply biological fact, hasn't changed in a half century of feminism as state ideology and never will. All but the best looking, tallest, or most cool, of dudes, must earn decent money if they want a half way decent woman. For women, income has next to zero effect on their dating or marriage chances. It just doesn't.

To ignore the reality of the importance of sex and relationships and pretend that is not why men would gravitate toward higher paying jobs (and often more physically demanding, competitive, etc) ON AVERAGE fails to take into account factual biological reality.

And the key point is ON AVERAGE. Anyone of either sex is free to pursue their best economic situation. There is no sex discrimination, at least not at a mass aggregate level in 2015 America (except for affirmative action against men). The "sex gap" in pay is not due to discrimination but personal choices and priorities.

To further expand on my last post, consider this. Women will do all sorts of crazy things to make themselves more sexually attractive when they are single and trying to get a quality boyfriend or husband, including having surgery and things plopped into their breasts to make them bigger. In other words, looks are most important for women to attract a quality mate, both sexes instinctively know this.

Men, on the other hand, who are ready to settle down and find a quality woman for a longterm relationship, also know instinctively that income is a huge factor women look for. Is it the only factor? Of course not. Can poor men get quality wives? Of course, it happens. However, in aggregate, to deny that men have an incentive that drives them to want to earn money, is to ignore reality.

Also, of course, many women will step aside for awhile to be mom's or work part time, take a less demanding job when their kids are young, etc. Despite the government doing everything in its power to make it a less desirable choice for a mom to step out of the workforce for a period when her children are young, the numbers doing so are stable and in some measures slightly increasing. This, of course, sets back careers and income a bit. So what? That's a choice for the family, not the government to make.
 
Most men aren't capable of doing a proper days work because they think about sex every 7 seconds,on average.Women,on average,think about sex every 14 seconds,which,presumably, makes them twice as productive...unless they are a prostitute,of course.
