Authors have the option to disable comments on stories. That's most likely why the option isn't available on those specific stories.

If Lit believes that is reasonable, it is Lit's decision, from my point that isn't fair to the readers.
Nevertheless this fact should be remarked at the relevant stories to avoid missunderstandings.
The same if no voting is possible.
For me an essential part of the syetem is ti be able to vote and comment.
In general I don't agree with all the impulsive changes Lit is currently doing to the system. I will observe and maybe prefer another Erotic-Story page in the future.

Lit provides the option for authors to limit comments and/or feedback and to prevent votes. These options have always existed and are nothing to do with the changes currently being made.

It's up to authors to control how they wish to interact with readers - this can range from full interaction to no interaction at all. It's up to individual writers, and readers "wants" have nothing to do with it. You are knee-jerk reacting against the site for something the site isn't actually doing.

I repeat, authors control votes, comments, and feedback. The site merely provides authors the tools.
