Comment thread for poems in "Hey" thread.

Thank you PoeTess for dragging me out of the doldrums. I'm loving seeing us gathered and writing.

My dear Tzara, thank you for not rhyming the end couplet (with "ill" in today's sonnet). By the way, I took one class in symbolic logic and loved it. Go figure, eh?

And for those who love jazz, check out this amazing rare clip I unearthed from the TV show Route 66 (circa 1961). I've written about two-thirds of the sidemen in it!

Ditto on the thanks, and thanks for the jazz treasure. 1961 seems so far away. I'm still listening to the cut of Soul Blues which follows.

When I was a TA in the 70's, I remember another TA commenting that one of the students was bon in 1962, which he regarded as the beginning of history. Nice to hear a cut from prehistory.

We've managed to keep on truckin all these years and won't let a little virus stop us.

i read its first three quarters before even noticing the seven dwarves right in there. once i saw doc and sneezy my brain switched on and linked with the title i'm a bit slow this morning

Butters I love your spring garden poem, which is a delight for my sense memories. I can smell the spring earth and the fledging plants. Delightful!

I definitely don't expect to write every day, but I'm going to push myself to try often! We'll see how that goes.

(I snuck the dwarfs in there. It amused me that I could make them fit the theme. I'm a silly one!)

Angie -Wow all seven in one opus,:rose::catroar::nana::nana:

While I'm stuck with just over one quarter of a sonnet variation that doesn't exist.
