Yes! Mine are almost automatic, and I can be anywhere, doing anything when they happen. As soon as my mind flashes on a moment that felt particularly erotic, and twinge. I love it when that happens.

I get the dream thing Perdita spoke of, but my experiance is a little different because I dream lucidly. I'm aware im asleep, and know that if I allow myself to venture back into a conscious state, I won't be able to regain that sensation. It is an incredible feeling when your concious meets your un/sub conscious-- comparitive to an out of body experiance, I think. I can watch myself, control what happens, and even have conversations with the sleeping me.

I once woke up in the middle of a post kegel orgasm, so that gave me some indication of how this occurs.
