Well, a lot of that thread was music, which was a great thing. Musicians wouldn't find a venue in a Visual Artist's forum.

I would like to point out that GB'ers are here, anyway. Several GB'ers. They come to visit, and they even have posted here.

Well, hey! Reverse the invitation and bring them all in here ... or not. There's a few that should be permanantly detained at the door ...

The musicians should really get something going. I think a good musical forum is pretty much the only thing left that this site doesn't have.

VERY few wouldn't get shit them for anything. But then it dawned on me yesterday; when we were having the art challenges regularly, and I was the one hosting, I spammed the shit out of almost every forum on this site to come check out the works and vote. Its not like they don't know its here. Its more like if we have to be invited to their forum its just cuz they're being too lazy to come over here anyway. I got the most shit from the GBers and one of the poetry mods, of all people.

Well, I've been trying to work on some new stuff in conjunction with the photoraphy I've been playin' with. I don't really want to put up any art at this time, even in my sig line or AV. Besides, its the GB. As much as I dig a few people over there, there's a whole slew that I just can't justify the effort for.

Those are actually the only two threads I've posted any photography in. I just picked it up within the last few weeks. I'm going out today to take some new photos with the young lady from those nudes. I found a great location that she'll work well with.

I'm still wondering about the challenges myself, but with some fairly dramatic changes, like once a month, for example. It might be time to start a new thread and see what kind of interest would be there from the other artists. Last season it kind of got out of control. It was interesting start, but I'd like to see much more serious works from everyone than what the short time lines were allowing.
